Account Executive

DFD Logistics, LLC is seeking an established, high-producing Account Executive with a minimum of 2 years of freight sales experience.

Candidate must be smart, efficient, skilled at multitasking and be able to hit the ground running.

Candidate must have excellent problem solving skills and be able to negotiate pricing and availability based on weights and distances.

As Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a customer base of clients who require deliveries of product along the front range.

Our fleet of delivery trucks are refrigerated with liftgates and have a 10 pallet per vehicle capacity which enables us to deliver products dock to dock and dock to ground.

Position Details:

  • Prospect new business leads daily and set appointments for prospective customers
  • Participate in face-to-face sales pitch to prospective new business
  • Negotiate shipping rates based on market rates and needs
  • Collaborate with company management to further develop current accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service while developing and establishing ongoing, quality relationships with customers


Skills and Experience:

  • 2 or more years transportation, logistics, or freight sales experience, either loads, LTL, brokerage or freight forwarding
  • Established with customer contacts and new business leads
  • Knowledge of freight invoicing and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • The ability to work from home
  • Strong work ethic, driven and highly motivated
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to negotiate and persuade others
  • Ability to prioritize on a daily basis, manage time efficiently and multitask
  • Ability to create presentations, proposals and sales reports along with other computer skills
  • Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook or similar email application

Part Time Driver

Semi-retired delivery driver for Denver and front range

DFD Logistics, LLC is a food distribution/food delivery company serving Denver and the front range.

DFD Logistics, LLC is currently looking for a dependable delivery driver. This position is responsible for driving a refrigerated box truck on established routes to deliver product at specified times.

This position is perfect for semi-retired individuals as it is 3 - 4 days per week and approximately 15-20 hours per week. Additional days and hours on occasion as required. Starting time is 5:00 AM.

Position Details:

Daily job responsibilities/functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver product to clients on a specified route, at a specified time.
  • Pick up returns from client sites as required.
  • Obtain customer signature on invoices.
  • Immediately inform supervisor of any deviations and/or delays.
  • Ensures that cab and box of truck are kept clean and free of dirt and trash.
  • Perform daily routine vehicle inspections for operating condition and fluid levels.
  • Fill out driver log books as required by company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must be at least 25 years old and have a current Colorado driver's license, Class C or above.
  • Previous delivery experience required.
  • No more than 1 moving violation or at fault accidents in last 3 years.
  • No DUI/DWI/DWAI's in the last 5 years.
  • No felony convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Must be able to drive a 26-foot box truck preferably air brake familiar.
  • Preferable to be able to back a box truck up to a dock.
  • Must be able to roll heavy pallets from truck to dock with a pallet jack.
  • Must be able to lift heavy items up to 75 lbs.
  • Must have a cell phone.
  • Must be able to read a map/GPS.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Dependable and professional with EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills!

Truck Driver Local Class A​​​​

DFD Logistics is an extablished delivery/transportation company. We are currently expanding our equipment and services. We are seeking an experienced tractor/trailer driver to provide services to our client base. 

This position will allow you to be home every night.
Excellent pay with incentive and bonus plans.


Position Details:

Deliver product to clients on a specified route, at a specified time.
Hook and Drop trailers and/or live load/unload as necessary.
Obtain signatures on documentation as needed.
Immediately inform supervisor of any deviations and/or delays.
Ensures that cab and trailer are kept clean and free of dirt and trash.
Perform daily routine vehicle inspections for operating condition and fluid levels.
Fill out driver log books as required by company.
Other duties as assigned.
